Great tutorial, but how do you set the drill holes???

Yes, I watched the video.. but the drill holes just appeared in the vdieo.. when I tried to set them using PAD it wouldn't. I was reading the their knowledge base and it says you can only use drill holes with internal lines, but don't know what that means in PAD... every system I've learned "internal lines" work a little differently.. If you have covered internal lines could you link a video? Thanks!!
