I've been married for 15 yrs and the game Kendra is giving y'all is the truth. Hence the reason why I laugh at 90% of the ppl that come on this show. Everyone screams they want a husband/wife and have no idea what it takes to maintain a marriage. I mean we literally have 30+ yr old women come onto this show with kids by multiple fathers saying they're a wife then you got dudes coming into here whom don't have their shit together wanting top tier women. And worst of all when Kendra ask ppl about their flaws I'm everyone has these generic issues that have nothing to do with or no real world affect on their potential partner not even knowing they're really showing how selfish they are hence the reason why they can't find a husband/wife.

Kendra is CORRECT!!! My mentor recently did a series on relationships and he used an analogy that really opened my eyes. He said in relationships/marriages....both parties agree to "shop at one store" for the rest of their lives". So if that's my only option, the shelves have to be stocked with what I desire. This was said, of course in reason. However, the general sentiment behind the statement rings true! So we need to do a better job of understanding the totality of what comes with relationships.

Anyway I'm 44 with a 26 year old and a 14 year old boy and Kevin show helped me to better prepare my kids for what they want out of life. It's funny that you said you despised what he said at first. From day one I was always the type to try to be accountable in all the other areas of my life so it was a much easier pill for me to swallow. I still believe i might be able to get married possibly one day but there's still stuff I have to work on that had I already been married i would have had a partner to see me thru my issues.
