21:30 Jay is wasting his money. The only reason to get an MBA is to sit next to people that will help you elevate your career. Jay never had one, so he’s never gained the basic skills needed to be a consultant that an MBA can build on. I wish him the best, but simply being on this show and carrying himself the way he does and speaking like a improperly raised Baltimore 8th grader will disqualify him for the life he feels his education is going to afford him. A doctorate for him is a collosal waste of time and money. I sincerely hope he proves me wrong.

A man can definitely lead without being controlling. He sets the framework/playbook for how you should move and how y’all life will look. He isn’t MAKING you move a certain way. If a man has to control a woman, she isn’t willing to follow and thusly, he should not be with her. Alternatively, if a woman does not like the framework a man has envisioned, she should move around. He’s not for her.

@kevinlee9929 I agree, BUT if men were honest and upfront about what they really want from a woman BEFORE sleeping with them; then the next guy wouldn't have to deal with that trauma. Because people no longer have any dating etiquette, self respect, self love, and knows that dating doesn't equate to hopping in bed with folks they don't know. Both men & women would be better off as well as whatever children they decide to make.

@kevinlee9929 I get what you're saying, but it still starts with boys/men. That whole bs women's lib movement was by Yt women for Yt women because they were tired of getting played by men. So, their whole ideology of "women want it too" as their self esteem and respect was diminishing was a way of dealing with men that only wanted to sleep with them. It just wasn't about the workforce. Unfortunately, some of our women followed. But all of this social manipulation has been planned long before we were even born. Now that things are backwards and the generations want instant gratification with no structure, no morals, no values, no respect, no love, no self esteem or common sense due to the technology/internet/social media/entertainment. Delusion, selfishness, anxiety impulsiveness materialism, consumerism,vanity, mental illness and depravity is taking over. It's all going to cancel itself out. Operation killing them softly is in full effect at every turn. If we can't build a solid foundation, nothing can stand on it. Some of us get it, but a lot of us don't.
