When you say 'holding AGI tokens in a private wallet', does that strictly mean cold wallet or it can be somewhere on Binance for example which unlike Robinhood/Revoult allows to store coins instead of IOUs

Yeah if you have 1000 or more agi. Then you have to register for the airdrop. Make sure you have eth for the gas fees

I have a question but some context first: I transferred AGI from Binance to my Ethereum Metamask wallet a few months ago but I still have a significant amount in Binance. Am I disqualified from airdrop or participation in SinguarlityDAO if I transfer more AGI from Binance to my Eth wallet? (because it would be after the snapshot) Could I use some of the newly transferred AGI to buy SingularityDAO tokens, or only the AGI that was present at the time of the snapshot?

They want to avoid the potential slap from the SEC for the "potential" security token distribution. It's Ok. We can buy it later during the bear market. $AGI ATH was $1.86 and went down to $0.01 cent. There will always be an opportunity.

We can sign up for the airdrop, however, the snapshot already happened on April 17th. We are not allowed to take part in the governance generation event due to regulatory/legal reasons in our country (and many others). The exact laws/regulations I do not know, but it's pretty common in the crypto world for U.S. citizens to be restricted from doing many things and using many services. It is frustrating. Contact your representatives.

I’m trying to understand.... if initially they were going to distribute coins equally amongst holders who had 1,000 coins minimum, and “malicious actors” were creating multiple wallets to “game the system” isn’t that the same as them rewarding people who hold more tokens with more tokens?? Just to clarify, in the new plan they reward folks who hold more tokens more. That would be the same as someone who has 50,000 ETH spreading it across 10 wallets, no??

I was debating doing it, but I believe it would cost over $50 to move it to a wallet. I assume you would have to hold tens of thousands of AGI to make the move solely to take advantage of the drop.

@@zestfulzest4394 the fee to transfer it from kucoin to private wallet was 50 AGI which at the time was equivalent to about $15. However, I was about a week too late to be eligible for the airdrop. Side note.... If you want to switch your AGI over to Cardano once it's possible, won't you also have to pay gas fees to convert your erc-20 AGI into Ada?

Crypto has integrationanl purposes, and debunked conspiracies do not.
