I fence left handed and one thing you did not mention about left hander fencing right is that your hands with the weapons in will be closer to each other then people are normally used to in same hand vs same hand. It's a really small thing but I find a lot of people don't often notice that we are standing that bit closer then we would be if using the same hand and some times really weird things happen as a result.

These are blackfencer nylons. We have them at the club, also in left-handed versions. Not as nice as steel, but still really great cost effective trainers.
