I got an awful idea for a clown themed enemy where it is just a sad clown that blocks doorways and you either have to wait for him to leave or force him to leave with a shovel

Clown that sits in doorways crying. Leaves after 30 seconds and always follows players. Drops a clown horn when killed, when attacked will become hostile. Maybe the clown could go outside, and would become happy while outside and then just use the clown horn a bunch of times when near players.

hey max, tip for dealing with giants, you can escape being eaten if you pull the pin on a flash grenade just as you are about to be picked up, hold the flash and when it goes off the giant will drop you and will be stunned

Doug's question: I MADE THIS UP A WHILE AGO! Killer clown Apperance: Looks like Pennywise, but long fangs, and its legs are bent backwards Abilities: Spawns ONLY when the apparatus is pulled, and then spawns in the APPY room. Will chase and kill ONLY the person who pulled the appy. Once the player is dead, it heads back to the appy room and crawls into the walls. Speed: same as a thumpers Weaknesses: 2 shots with a gun, 10 hits with other weapons (like the signs and the shovels)

Doug’s question: a specific clown yes and it’s the clown from the spooky’s mansion dollhouse but instead of dmg replaces all sounds with random ones or adds a new sound while dampening any other sounds and if they devs want to troll they can make it mimic and sound in the game (for example you hear the jester stomp sound then now you hear a lot of loot bug sounds that are getting louder and louder with each yippie but then you see a jester charging after you)

DQOTD: a clown that stalks you for the sole purpose of honking a clown horn. Killing it makes it drop the clown horn. It also battles with loot bugs, who want to steal the horn. It does take several hits to kill, so when you do hit it it goes from creepy nuisance to genuinely terrifying murderer. This makes it a challenge to kill. However, on top of the clown horn, killing it makes the Jester too depressed to pop out if it spawns inside.

mod I'd recommend!! Its called poltergeist (i think) which allows dead players to [quack] with the living ones by opening doors and whatnot to spook em! Good for non control company vids :3 I'm not sure if the mod would clash with control company tho, I hope it doesn't if u look into it!

The Company must enter the facilities from outside, while the Monster players start out as loot bugs dragging loot to the vents to gather resources for purchasing run-only upgrades to the facility or a new monster form. Answer to Doug’s question: I think clowns could be added! Here’s my idea: They’re typically friendly and just walk around the facility. They can’t go outside. They can only pick up items that make sound like the clown horn, air horn, robots, groan tube, etc. They can only hold one item at a time, like a Hoarding Bug. They typically walk around making sounds with these items, so you’ll know if you hear these items it’s either another player or clown just making noise. The only time they are hostile is if they lose their balloon. Every clown carries a balloon with it, and if a clown comes up to you without their balloon, you need to find it within an allotted time before they become impatient and attack. The balloon is always spawned relatively close to the clown if it’s lost. Kind of like a mini side quest before you can continue collecting scrap. Once the balloon is given back to the clown, they become docile again and give you the item they have as a thank you. If you’re full on scrap, no need to worry as the balloon has its own slot in your inventory when found. The balloon can be sold, however if you try to steal the balloon when looking for it be sure to get out of the building quickly, the clown won’t be happy. -Speed: Hoarding Bug; when angry and attacking, becomes faster (maybe thumper speed?) -Health: Can be shot and k!lled with one shotgun bullet, can be hit four times with shovel/sign and d!e. -Footsteps: Same sound as a player/masked Hopefully this sounds like an interesting concept, and thanks for reading!

I really do belive my favorite part of the day is looking at youtube and seeing that wondrous blue dot showing that Mithzan posted again. Honestly I may have only discovered him 2 months ago but it feels great to see him post all the time

A clown enemy would be interesting. However, a more evil idea would be a mod which adds Spooper (aka Unknown Specimen 3) into the game. The mechanics would be (kinda) similar, but when instead it sometimes just appears blocking a door, where you gotta move him with a shovel or any weapon. Next time he spawns, he looks a bit more battered. This cycle continues until, eventually, Spooper just appears really battered and bloodied. When he gets hit after that, he despawns and the facility fills up with a poison gas that slowly drains the player's health, and occasionally spawning hallucinations of Spooper. The gas dissipates after 2 minutes or when someone dies.

We have a keyslot for keys! Only when we have more than one does it go into the inventories. Feel like it's a bit more balanced.
