I just remembered, I'm pretty sure that this movie was produced by mafia captain Michael Franzese, who left the mafia and is now a KZbinr, life coach, and Christian person (I think he picked that up in prison). He was the guy who scammed gasoline taxes in NYC in the early 80s, and produced some sleazy movies. It's either Mausoleum or Mortuary, but I think it's this one. Marjoe Gortner, the husband, was a child preacher who starred in a documentary about himself, "Marjoe", in which he explained how he scams people. It won best documentary in 1972, and he went on to star in Star Crash and Food of the Godz.

Love this film. I have the Vinegar Syndrome and Treasured Films Blu-ray releases. Michael Franzese (former mob capo of the Columbo Family) started his own distribution company Motion Picture Marketing and put 1 million towards Mausoleum and also produced City of the Living Dead and Savage Streets along with other exploitation films.
