A couple of small moments your humble didn't mention in the video - or just clarifications/reminders which won't hurt: Reminder #1 - you can and should merge .xml file conflicts (Bundled Text section) Reminder #2 - from Bundled Text conflicts section, you should merge only .xml conflicts. If you see .csv conflicts there - it's strongly recommended to keep only one of conflicting mods Reminder #3 - messed something up in script/xml merging and think you need to rollback? Worry not - simply delete the mod merging which caused issues and re-launch Script Merger. It will rollback the state of merged files back to before merge with this mod was made - and so you can try again without issues.

You don't mod "nextgen" game version as it's bad for modding and bad in general, having no sense for PC players - you downgrade the game version to classic and mod it.

Please help me....for some reason when i take my mods out of the folder, they still remain in the game??? I just saw this. I tried to put in a new mod, and I couldn't this time. And I realized that I can't use any new mod because all of my one's won't go away. How did this happen??? I took all of my mods out of the mods folder, but when i turn the game on everything is still there. What is this?? A glitch???

So I'm following your Witcher 3 Ultimate Modding Guide, and came across this mod "TorchLight For Ciri Too". You mentioned that it's required to merge script conflicts manually using the Torch Light Patch in "TorchLight For Ciri Too" with these 2 mods, "Friendly Focus" and "Friendly HUD". I tried to watch this tutorial but I still can't really understand how to merge these script conflicts. Would you able to advice how? Thanks.

idk if I am doing this right, after merging I don't get the compiling scripts from the red engine, also when I try to start a new game during the opening cutscene I hear the main menu music still playing in the background and after the intro cutscene is finished I get and infinite loading screen

It's not a news. "Supports" and "actually works properly" are two different things. Mod managers are not able to install TW3 mods properly in huge amount of cases and that's it.

Either you installed some meditation mod like Friendly Meditation, but didn't configure the hotkeys properly as per instructions (more likely), or you've messed up something in script merging (less likely, as in that case you game most likely would not launch and throw out a compilation error message).
