So you bought "as is" i assume? Or did you live in this and finally get the chance to remodel? Just wondering because my mothers thinking is we have to clean it spotless when selling the house as is.

We bought an abandoned property so it was as is, it may take longer to sell if it needs work but now days with the prices I’m sure it would still sell!
