Nice to see the jump on the minute counter at 3 o'clock indicative of an integrated chronograph and drilled lugs. It is think though, but seems to fit ok on your wrist. Nice detail with no ghost date and seems like you hit all the key points a WIS would want to know. Good review and thumbs up.

This really nice Barry. I do like the balanced appearance of a bicompax dial even if it doesn't have the ultimate versatility of a tricompax arrangement. LG Bob 🙂👍

I really fall for this one Bob its just pure class and being 38.5mm its so comfortable and just disappears on the wrist , spot on

Stunning piece! I'd love to see Sinn do another model that was a thinned out version of this without the chrono and with full arabics all the way round. As a kind of field/officers watch. Maybe in the 556 range I suppose.
@ClickSpringReview Жыл бұрын
Or the other option is a manual wind as that would take about 1.5 /2mm of it 👍🏻

@@ClickSpringReview for sure. I eventually realised I was just describing a 556 but with these arabic numerals.

The movement is pretty solid and been around for years so sound unusual but can happen I guess
@robertlock6041 Жыл бұрын
@@jasonwilson7674 Sinn should fix this under warranty. Certainly in the UK there'd be no problem over this. If it's a Sellita problem it will be more widespread, but if it's to do with Sinn's button tolerances or design they should have tested it better. The word from Germany suggests that Sinn quality control is taking something of a dip at present: go for a Guinand 361!
@robertlock6041 Жыл бұрын
@@ClickSpringReview It could be the installation or controls: German chatter suggests that Sinn QC isn't what it was at the moment. If it was a movement issue the problem would be evident in other brands...

Very nice Sinn chrono. I just wonder how much of the price is because it's LE. The Hanhart flyback is $1k less, for example, though it is manual winding.
@ClickSpringReview Жыл бұрын
Good question the Hanhart is a great watch also but as you say manual wind which would but a few people of but non the less its a very nice movement , If you buy the Sinn in the EU it would only cost you £2,500 a saving of around £500

Absolute stunner and for me it's the pick of the colourways with the white dial being 2nd. Just a shame that this one has no option to have a bracelet with it, I believe it's because it has a different case finish than the other two new 356s
@ClickSpringReview Жыл бұрын
Being its the same case as the 556 I'm sure the H-link or Fine Link would fit
@markyz456 Жыл бұрын
They should have scrapped both of the straps and had it come with the metal bracket. Having it come with the metal and then customers can get leather or whatever additionally if they want makes more sense than giving two so so straps and yeah sure you can spend 300 plus on the metal if you want but seems dumb no option to choose metal INSTEAD of the two straps at time of purchase
@ClickSpringReview Жыл бұрын
@@markyz456 Possibly but being this model has a vintage look about it, the two straps suit it so we'll and the bracelet only cost £250 Mark

Absolutely Beautiful watch, but I think it diminishes the “sinn” design language (except for the arabic font), and looks just like any other chrono out there. Great review as always!
@ClickSpringReview Жыл бұрын
Thats fair enough , I still like the fact its a standard Sinn 556 case as that way you known their bracelets will fit it and its not to busy being it only has two sub dials. Plus it felt really good on the wrist
@michaelhayward107 Жыл бұрын
While I think the watch is beautiful, I wish manufacturers would stop using 30-minute registers on their models. Add a sixty-minute counter instead; what can you time with a 30-minute sub-dial? Nothing.

Most chronographs don’t even get used. If you’re timing long intervals perhaps for cooking for example, a watch with a rotating bezel and a red pip or dive bezel is all you really need. A typical chronograph is likely used for a couple minutes max, if at all. An actual chronograph used to time something like sports events, there’s only so much you can do with a wristwatch. The minute register on a lot of vintage chronographs was divided in intervals of three. Once upon a time, long distance calls were billed in three minute intervals.
