My theory is either the twin brother gets attacked sometime after he departs from his brother or comes across people or something and make a pact with the devil for some eternal life he’s the more wild brother it’s said they’re bootleggers. And the scene of MBJ smoking and scared is actually the last act of the movie morning after the battle in the barn. And while he’s smoking he sees something scary and who he sees/shooting at is his twin brother vampire
