Does the uni' offer scholarships to international students? I just received a conditional offer after applying for an msc but its conditional on a deposit of £3000. Is this legit?

Yes the uni gives discounts to international students after you've received a conditional letter But you've to pay within the deadline stated to get the scholarship

Oxford is generally an expensive city so you can try checking more universities in affordable cities like Kent , Birmingham , etc Hope this helps.
