What should I do if my Express Entry profile is about to expire in 10 days but I have already received an ITA from SINP and also submitted documents? So do I need to create new express entry profile and inform to SINP? And if so then how? Please guide here or provide link in which I can get information about this issue. Very valuable content. I have these 3 questions, please :) Firstly, must ECA necessarily be related to the NOC code for SINP? I noticed in the EOI profile, there is a question that says " is your degree, diploma, or certificate related to the occupation you have chosen above?" with an option to select "NO" and still gain the same points for an ITA. Secondly, can I use an ECA for my master's degree ( not related to the NOC code) to gain 23 points from the Point Assessment Grid and then add another ECA for my Diploma ( since I need Canadian Equivalency) to prove education and training as related to the NOC code? Lastly, is it acceptable to use more than 1 ECA, since, from the SINP requirements, it mentions education or trade certificates, degrees, or diplomas ----> all in the plural (i.e. "s") and precisely requires ECA for degrees and diplomas?

It is must if your NOC require specific degree or diploma. You may check about this on NOC classification website. You may gain the points but chances of rejection are there too so NOC should be selected carefully. For 2nd, yes you can claim points for master degree but u must have at least one desired qualification (say bachelors) as per your NOC. I had claimed points by such way. Yes, you can use more than one ECA. I had used WES for Bachelors and IQSA for Masters. Hope this will clarify your doubt. And you can go through SINP website for more detailed information.

So just to throw more light, my case is the second as my NOC is 2263 for Occupational Health and Safety with 10 years of experience as a safety practitioner in the oil and gas industry. I have an MSc in Oil and Gas Management and a NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, comparable to an Honors Degree standard, according to NEBOSH, the Certification Body in the UK. I hope to follow suit.

There is link on the website of SINP & cic.gc.ca for the settlement plan where you have to fill the basic details online and it will show some guidelines for you and you have to download this. Yes it will be considered as POF. But only initial amount (without interest) will be considered.

You should upload passports as well as birth certificate of all your dependents. For your doubt, you can simply raise your query to SINP by emailing them. They will reply within 2 to 3 days.

Yes, ECA is mandatory before creation of EOI. And for Proof of Funds, it is must that these funds should be of 90 days old. Most of the rejections take place in SINP due to proof of funds and wrong selection of NOC code. So it is advisable that u should complete these things before creation of EOI.

Hi, Very informative. Please help me understand how can we show bank accounts in SINP as me and my wife have fund in 4 diff accounts. Do I need to scan all the bank details in one or need to create 4 diff tab in oasis portal?

Your case is similar with my case. I had shown the details of all bank accounts in different tabs. But you must ensure that your funds must be 90 days old. Attach bank statement of minimum last four Months with balance certificate. And u can give the detail in Letter of explanation.

you must go to IELTS again because when you will get a nomination then you have to apply to the federal govt. (Express entry) for final PR. but there is no need to score the same band as you would have 600 points of nomination at that time which will not affect your CRS score.

No, you can’t do that. They will straight way reject ur application. SINP is very strict in case of wrong selection of NOC and proof of funds requirement.

Then they will consider ur latest passport and will also nominate with that passport number. Its normal and no need to worry.

I received SINP ITA in February and just submitted the docs about a month ago and although my POF was higher than required, I just realized from your video that if I have to calculate each from January ending (3 months prior to submission), then it won't be up to the required amount. But these balances keep increasing every month ( we fund them monthly). What should I do in this case before my application is assessed. I also didn't provide any LOE in my submission. Hello. Let them assess your application now. If they will not be satisfied then they may ask for ADR (Additional document request).

After getting nomination - In the paper application for SINP PNP - OID category - Should I attach work experience xerox, Educational xerox, WES ECA xerox, Financial Fund proofs with federal forms - which is written in checklist? or I just fill up federal forms and attach a birth certificate xerox, IELTS Result xerox and passport copy xerox only needs to send to the IRCC application?

There is no need to attach work experience, WES reports and other documents as u have mentioned. Need only to send federal forms, PCC, Medical (On request) via courier. Rest u have full guidelines about WHAT TO DO NEXT in your nomination letter, so read carefully and act accordingly. Do not miss any important document and also check for xerox or original copy. Any single mistake can lead to straightway rejection as one of my friend faced this.

Hi, Can someone please please help me with this. I have received an ITA for SINP. In form 1 where we have to fill Work experience it asks for Reference letter which is fine. But it also asks for "Government issued document type" is this mandatory to fill up? Or is it that if you have all your offer, appointment, relieving letter and reference letter it should be enough. My consultant tells me that it's only needed if we don't have 30+ hours of work / week. I'm really confused if it's mandatory to fill this. One of the companies my salary was so less they paid me in cash. So not sure what should I upload there..please please help

Hello, I am applying to SINP EOI SYSTEM (express entry stream). I have a confusion in calculating my points with regards to work experience. What do they mean exactly by the past 10 year? If i submit today my application, what are the past 10 years? My experience is from july 2008 till may 2020. So if the the past 10 years are from 2011 to 2020 i will not get the full 15 points for work experience. But if the past 10 years are from 2010-2019 I will get 15 full points. Which is the correct method to calculate?

@@omardev9379 your work experience will be calculated from May 2020 to backwards. For the recent 5 years of work experience (As on date ) 2 points per year are being allotted and for the rest years, 1 point per year is allotted. So, you may calculate ur points accordingly.

Sir, need one help. I have ECA done for Masters from CES. but I dint have ECA done for my bachelors since highest education is MBA. if i get an interest from saskachewan, Do SINP require both the ECA assessments ? I have claimed points for Masters in EOI. expecting a comment from you .

Usually, they need ECA for the highest degree but for the safer side I will suggest you to complete ur ECA for Bachelor as well. It will help u in future.

Your profile now becomes OID. If you want to link your SINP application with Express entry profile then delete the current SINP profile then create new one and put your express entry profile number in new SINP profile.

You have to upload reference letter in Part 1 (Step 12 tab). There is a tab of “Add work experience” in this step in which u can upload reference letters with other relevant records. This tab can be seen in case full application is not submitted. As I have submitted full application so u are not able to see that tab in this video.

Ur funds must be 90 days old when you finally submit ur complete application after receiving ITA from SINP.

No, a gift deed is not acceptable for SINP. It is acceptable for Express entry system only.

It will be risky. You have to maintain the required proof of funds till you land in Canada. They can ask for revised up to date bank statements/POF at any stage.

Please sir its urgent I have applied for SINP- occupation-in-demand category and received invitation to apply. I have done Ph.D so I already applied for WES.
