You will not receive any email notification when your status will be changed to “In process”. You need to check your profile every day. Processing time different for everyone. All the best

Thank you Sonia Khan for your feedback. I know you now. You were asked few questions earlier too. POF requirement is prior to three months before your application submission. You can make your EOI profile after one month as you will have 60 days to submit your application from the date of invitation. so if you will submit your application on the last day then you will be able to complete 90 days. Do you think the processing time of 42 weeks mentioned on SINP website is accurate? yes it is almost accurate not processing time each application. but it is a average processing time so it means few applications can process lesser than 42 weeks ( which has accurate documentation) and other applications can be processed more than 42 weeks ( which requires additional documents) so it is just an average. wife qualification does not matter in sinp points system but you may get additional points at federal level for spouse IELTS exam. yes you are correct your wife will become PR with you if you have included in your file. but i would recommend that your spouse should appear in IELTS , it will help you in canadian citizenship and to start new course in Canada. Sir 60 points people will get invitation fastly . How much time it takes to get invitation for 60 points person . Please intimate me .

60 points is just a cut off qualify for a draw. SINP selects the candidate with higher points. you can see cut off list for past draws on SINP website. with 60 points there is a least chance to be get selected. try to increase your points if possible All the best

SINP level, There is no issue with it as your IELTS was valid when you submitted the exam. EE level, you need valid IELTS results. you need to reappear in IELTS exam so when you will submit your application to IRCC you have valid results. All the best.

@@yamankaushik5004 i think you cannot think that you will get nomination for sure. it can be ADR too. you will surely get reply soon. invoice tab is a part of internal process to check whether you have made payment with your credit card or not if you have applied without immigration consultant. In conclusion, They will check for deficiency for each item, if they did not find anything and they are satisfied you will receive nomination. All the best.

You may write cover letter and submit with your application. As long as you meet the criteria and cutoff ,there is no issue but by changing birthdate if your score below cutoff ,your file can be rejected due wrong information

I think you should update in EE profile and wait for SINP. If your file is in process you don’t require to submit your New IELTS again at this time. Once you will receive nomination ,you can give updated EE profile details to obtain 600 points. I don’t think it will affect SINP process All the best

yes you can decline the invitation and you can go back in pool again to receive ITA. and you might need to give clarification that why you did not submitted previous application. All the best

nothing to worry, it is very common. monitor your SINP status, it will be changed once it will be in process. i have tried to explain the various sinp status in video , you can watch it for more clarity. All the best.

I have applied for SINP- occupation-in-demand category and received invitation to apply. I have done Ph.D so I already applied for WES. Now I am filling the application of SINP but in the education column I get confused I don’t know exactly which document I need to upload overthere. Do I need transcripts for bachelor, masters and Ph.D? If I applied for transcripts through my university I don’t know how to upload transcripts or do I need any address where my university post the transcripts?

For proof of funds, I intend to use my employee provident fund (funds accessible one month after resignation) which I have maintained with the same company for over 7 years. I have obtained a letter from the financial fund management and monthly benefit statement for my submission. Do I still need to submit my personal "bank statement" considering that the proof funds I am using is employee provident fund?

Hi, I am talking about Employee Provident Fund (EPF), which is managed by employer selected fund managers. Fund is fully available and paid to the employee after about 30 days after resignation.

@@gabrielchukwuka5629 i dont understand it exactly. but normally in Provident fund, you need balance certificate , pf statements form each month which can be downloaded from epfo website, uan card details and any other proof that proves that employer deducted your money. you can follow similar menthod in your funds too. objective is to show that you have funds in some institutions and you can access as per rules.

You need ECA. you can do it from any approved body such as WES , CES etc. in order to get sinp points for education , it is required. it is clearly mentioned on sinp website too. normal timeline is around 4-6 months if everything goes well. All the best.

It seems that the Canada tool for creating a pdf settlement plan form isn't working for the past weeks or months. Can we just copy the settlement plan form of manitoba which is available in the internet and answer those questions there and just replace every words related to manitoba? I applied for NOC 2282 have been selected on Sep 6 2022 and received invitation letter from SINP. Now, I wish to change my NOC code from 2282 to 2171 it is worth mentioning that both NOC's were selected on Sep 6 2022. I.e. 2282 and 2171. Should I resubmit my application and wait for next draw or I just change NOC code in SINP EOI portal and submit documents with fee.

After got a nomination from SINP, we applied for the SINP application process in the month of Feb 2021 with required documents through official SINP portal. Now my IELTS result is going to be expired in June 2021. My question is, if my IELTS result will expire, my SINP application process will be continued? or it will be on hold till the submission of the new IELTS result.

SINP application is ok if you your results were valid at the time of submission but you need valid results at federal level. so reappear in IELTS if you have not received your sinp nomination yet so you can submit your file to federal with valid ielts results.

Thanks for quick reply. The journey from home to job addresses is 8 hours, 10 hours, 15 hours for different cities. Then what is your advise. My second queastion when we need pcc then it is only for home adress or required for all cities where he did job.

you can write home address to avoid unnecessary problems if you can commute and it fall in the same region. if you write your home address only then you need PCC only for that not for all the cities. but again i need to understand your case.
