I have been using this unit for many years. I used to get sinus infections several times per year. This has been a game changer. I have not had a sinus infection since using it. I use the blue tip on the highest pulse. Your nose will thank you.

I appreciate your demonstration. With other, older system's, Neti Pot etc, I was taught it's best to warm the water before inserting in the nose. Is that recommended here with this device?

Yes. I warm up distilled water for 1 minute in the microwave.
