I like all of the "Divine retribution" type of items and things so a boss based around that whole concept to me could be interesting. Something to do with lightning for sure, like Zeus. So maybe like a cloud creature of some kind

"This feels like the game is trying to actually win this one." Starting off today we've got Toxic Shock, which is fantastic at clearing early rooms, which is good, because our stats aren't great. Those not great stats continued to remain not great for a while there, as we really struggled to find any good stat upgrades for the first few floors, save for Glass Eye. We saw some big time players like Eye of Belial and Lord of the Pit in a Devil Deal, but thanks to a combination of bad movement speed, and bad HP generation, we couldn't even take them. We've got Shops paying out with nothing (and yes we'll tally up just how much nothing they gave us in a moment), we've got Item Rooms that aren't helping, we've got a Queen of Hearts card that paid out with a whopping 2 hearts, this run is looking like death by a million paper cuts. Even our play with Sacrificial Altar, which we lost Dad's Key in order to use, only paid out with Sacrificial Dagger (which we don't have the movement speed or HP to play with effectively). We had 16 items going into the Womb. Only two of them were actually good stat upgrades (no, getting 0.30 damage from Meat! doesn't count), and the only item doing any real work for us was Toxic Shock. Thank god we picked up the Book of Revelations for some HP generation, but we gambled it for Mega Blast. Of course, instantly after using Mega Blast, we go into a spike filled trap room, where we take damage, and can't get out, wasting our entire charge. We caught a break at the end of Utero 2, getting Dead Cat and Dark Bum. Those two, with the soul hearts we got from an Arcade, may have given us the HP we need to out last the run. Our farewell to that hell of a run was the Unicorn Stump + Sacrifical Dagger, letting us do a decent enough amount of melee damage. This run was out for blood. At Mr. Victa's request, we went back and took a look at the shops, which offered us Birthright, Dream Catcher, Chaos!!!, Fanny Pack, Tear Detonator, The Jar, and Mom's Coin Purse. What a freakin' roundup. Taking a look at Jasonator53's Repentance Eden Run Dunk Rating, we aren't looking good. It's hard to summarize just how many of those paper cuts got under our skin. Our stats were terrible, and we got very little help. Thanks to Toxic Shock, the Book of Revelations, and Sacrificial Dagger + Unicorn Stump, we survived. Dark Bum threw more spiders/pills than soul hearts at us. Lump of Coal is the best item we got from a Devil Deal until Utero 2. This run sucked! I think we're scoring this a 3. You hate to see it. SECOND RUN!!! "I will do everything in my power to make the game as miserable as possible today." It's been a while since we had an Eden Run double feature. The second run couldn't be worse, right? We've got trash damage, but the rest of our stats are alright. We start off with SMB Super Fan, helping our damage quite a bit, and we also get the Counterfeit Penny trinket on the first floor! Stat upgrades came in nicely and neatly, and Black Powder put in some fantastic work for us on the level to level basis. We got the Spun! transformation, and the freakin' D20 as a little sendoff before going to see Ultra Greed. A little bit anticlimactic, but we got the instant kill on Ultra Greed with a Chaos Card for an easy dub. The Counterfeit Penny + Mom's Box gave us a grand total of 105 coins over the course of the Greed run, which is beyond amazing. For an easy Greed run with great starting items and stats(after SMB Super Fan), and one that we get to break open with the D20, I'm pretty comfortable calling that a 9, definitely a much better run than the first!

I think the addition and removal of the Blue Map to check secret room locations is a good idea. It'll help teach us where those hard to find rooms are located. Also those people that would throw a fit about this need to settle down lol

I think an amazing buff for death list is that the target of deaths list lake like 0.5 damage so that way when items like toxic shkt that hit multiple enemies the first enemy that’s targeted dies forst. Doesn’t make it super op but makes rooms with more than one of the same enemy more usable with items like this

Hey Sin, long time sub, I’m thinking for antigrav it’s an easy fix. Just make it shoot like normal, but at the end it hovers for a second before it falls. Gets rid of the annoying part, adds a bit of utility, and synergizes well with aura tears, and peircing. Makes the item fun, useful, and dare I say it. Maybe even strong

They should change IBS by making it replace your character's bomb mechanic with the poop mechanic from tainted blue baby - and converting it to a tier 4 item instead. The poop bomb power is incredibly powerful, and if you had it on a character without blue baby's drawbacks, it would be an amazing pickup.

While Toxic Shock carried most of that first run, I will say Large Zit was a real underrated player. While not very frequent the slowing effect and the 2x damage. Also, an Item I'd want changed is Compost. It used to be fantastic. Although, repentance killed the item.

No idea. Isaac has always crashed if there's too much going on for the game's engine to handle, and Repentance just adds more tear effects and stuff like TMTrainer that makes the game even more unstable.
