At 21:30 you didnt pick up remote detonator. Now, i hate to be the guy who loves to point out your mistakes or anything; but maybe this helps some people: remote detonator gives you 5 bombs the first time you pick it up, so its actually really efficient if you are low on bombs as you were.

I have a couple Ideas for the portal block that I think either would be welcome. 1) Have it on timer like boss rush/Hush, if you defeat Blue Baby/Mega Satan in say 40mins it's guaranteed. 2) and/or have it as an "amount of kills" unlock like others, i.e. defeat Blue Baby/Mega Satan x amount of times to make the portal permanent (still has a random chance before that though). That way you get a couple extra unlocks to strive for and you'll eventually never be gated by said fights again.

"We literally don't need any more items at this point." I see that title, and I am BEGGING for an Omega Run. I want to rate a run 11 on Jasonator53's Repentance Eden Run Dunk Rating, and I can feel it's close. Starting stats are pretty bad with the exception of damage, but Box of Spiders helps a lot in the early game. We have an early synergy with Juicy Sack + Aquarius, giving creep that both slows AND damages enemies. Adding Bloody Baby for even more creep on top of that was a nice touch. The early to late game was a relative breeze, gaining continuous quality of life improvements and stat increases. It wasn't until Womb 2, however, that we really popped off and brother, we popped it. Netting Glitched Crown from a doubled The Stars? card opened the door for a ton of rerolls, netting us freakin Rock Bottom (AGAIN!) and an R Key. The potential for this run is now limitless. Following it up immediately with Brittle Bones, Dead Eye, and 20/20, three items that benefit SO MUCH from Rock Bottom. Add to that some Magic Mushroom, and we clear Delirium. Add to that a little Kidney Stone, we have 51.36 tear rate. What was absolutely insane was grabbing Cricket's Body, and the Conjoined transformation, right before getting Tractor Beam and Soy Milk, turning our firing into a literally maxed tear rate death laser. Never in my life have I seen the tears refuse to animate from the sheer amount of them, but this run did it. There's little else to be said. We grabbed very few items after this, as we simply didn't need them (or didn't want to take them for fear of crashing the game). All we did was set ourselves up for the Omega Run. With an amazing play involving Sulfuric Acid letting us get out of doors, creating a Mercurius-style farm for 4.5 Volt to grant us infinite charges, we got ourselves two R Keys to use. All that we need is not to get blocked out of Mega Satan. I'm mad. WELP. It's definitely a 10. I really really wanted to give this run the first 11 of the year, but Jasonator53 was explicit. An 11 is reserved for a crashed game, or an Omega Run. It's still amazing that we killed every boss from Afterbirth+ in this run, but when a TRUE Omega Run rears it's head, that will be the day.
