Um, Actually is all about taking wild guesses and trying to be broad enough that you increase your chances of getting close enough to the answer by accident, aka The Ify Special. And Sam just does the whole game show bit as an excuse to torment his employees and/or make them figuratively and literally dance for his amusement. Truth is, the game was rigged from the start.

I think its fine to not know the answer as long as you start answering right away. Some of those seemed fine to me, but some of the few, like with Brennen, where he was taking a long time before answering, thats definitely not ok. But if you're answering the entire time and (cleverly) stalling as you give your answer in a way that actually approaches the answer, then I think its ok.
