Try a 6 Active Items build on a tank like Rammus, Singed, Volibear, Maokai, or Sion. Predator Boots, Turbo Chemtank, Gargoyle Stoneplate, Randuin's Omen, Zhonya's Hourglass, and Redemption. Bring Ingenious Hunter too for CD on the item actives.

I did it already in a Custom Game... I went on - 80.000 HP - 6.729 AP - Sunfire did 385 Damage per second (can still be increased, when fighting) - My W did 8100 Damage I'll gonna upload the video someday... I never had so much fun in a Custom Game, and I play them a lot :D

Goliath's definitely can't go live as is. It's just way too strong. I'd much rather they made it a flat HP amount like 15-20 and added a much-neglected stat that it already boosts. HP/5. Every time you proc it, you get 20 HP and 2HP/5s regen. Make it an in-combat regen item if your power fantasy is realized.

Doing the krugs on cd gets you so much extra health, there was also one fight in laning phase if you went into passive you could have killed sett gotten the plating and the wave. Love sion
