Hadn’t heard John McGeogh’s voice before. I expected a Scottish accent but more Manchester from his time at the Poly!

If you would like to get an incredible insight into John McGeoch, the man, his 'talent' and his journey through his musical career, all his ups and downs, and the music industry and how it worked/didn't work in general at that time, I recommend reading the book "The Light Pours Out Of Me" ! A brilliant read.

Thank you, I was thinking and commented here on how it’s disappointing that there weren’t many interviews or insight into what happened during this period

Interesting, the brief (blink and you'll miss it) downturn of Severin's lips whlst Siouxsie is speaking about the month of the Banshee.

0:47 Sorry Siouxsie but you're wrong. The Banshee (Beann-Sídhe) is from the Irish pre-Christain Celtic religion. The Month she would be 'celebrated' is November (Samhain), the beginning of November being the start of the Celtic new year. Modern Chritianity renamed it All Souls day.

@@SoulStylistJukeBox yeah, I can't get into it. Also Howard Devoto didn't want to promote the band like it needed to be, so John did the right thing and left. Read his biography and you'll see.

Yes, I read it. He left because he grew tired of being in a critically acclaimed band who rarely entered the UK Singles Chart.
