"Fusion" is discerned as a blend of jazz & heavyweight rock, but there is certainly also elements of soul- R&B, blues and electronica. I recall when I first heard it back in my teens ( the 80's, dinosaurs roamed the earth LOL) I thought, " What a beautifully strange sound! Unfortunately, it's not followed heavily or even heard of in the part of the United States that I'm from (West Michigan)

Always remembered the date August 29th because of the Jeff Beck show at the Paramount in Portland OR. I 1980. 40 years ago to the day!! Yau Baby what a night!! Saw The Gorge show in '95!! Front Row on my 40th B.day back at the Paramount in 2001, with the great Jennifer B.!! One of the Greatest!!

Let me translate: When we say "BAD-ASS", it is a positive thing. It means he's good...better than good...awesome...super...etc, etc. Peace! man... i play bass for 30 years now and i really adore victor and marcus and so many others but its sooooooooooo boooooring to read the same senseless comments under every other bassplayers video. imagine victor playing bass on all the music in the world. how boring. do you think all people should wear same clothes ,have the same haircut? grow up
