As one of the participants in this video, this was an AMAZING experience. For two weeks, I played Minecraft for 16 to 18 hours per day, my sleep schedule was totally messed up, and I had the mentality that everyone was better than me (which is true). Actually, I came here from that one Cubicmetre video where he mentioned participating in Sip's civilization event. His orbital strike cannon (And the insane water bunker they had) was definitely the highlight of the video to me and I was definitely rooting for Green to win the whole way through. Surprised how well that cannon works even in a tight survival mode scenario but I was sad Cubic never unleashed its TRUE potential - its nuclear capability. His cannon has the ability to launch a nuke-like TNT barrage on top of the humungous hole it can dig, surprised he didn't utilize it in here.

Blue knew that when it came to PvP, they'd loose, especially against red with ferre and purple who all of them were stacked. So they chose brains over brawn. Why fight a battle you know you'd lose Headon? It was simply a well thought out battle tactic, that's why they deserved to win. It wasn't them being cowards, they were just being smart.

Green’s stasis chamber was an amazing idea, and they definitely would have won in a scenario where boarders weren’t a factory. Blue’s idea of removing players for as long as possible with a tnt cannon was also insanely creative and a great idea overall. These were all some pretty amazing civilizations, some of the best I have ever seen. Amazing video.

At least according to cubic, he told green explicitly "if you guys are still fighting and engaging with the game, I won't shrink the borders" which green did, and lost quite a few people doing so. He then shrank the borders anyway, and did nothing to the fact that blue wasn't fighting at all, despite telling green that they had to fight or else. I just don't get why one of these strategies was accepted but the other wasn't.

If you've studied history, it's kind of funny how much some of these civilizations resemble real life ones though Blue (Japan) - initially aggressive but then resort to isolationism for most of their history - very "out of the box" strategies - discipline, everyone follows the plan - literally built japanese civ lol Green (British) - cheeky buggers, right from the start - very sneaky yet creative strategies - unimpressive initially, but then make their mark. Purple (Indian) - relatively peaceful, a world within themselves - really into the arts, especially music - stupid rich (historically) Red (German) - hyperaggressive, but damn good at it. Initially unstoppable. - worst public relations in history, manage to piss everyone off somehow - industrial base - births legendary strongmen like ferre (see Bismarck) - gets their butt kicked by the brits (green)

Interesting how all of these videos set a new precedent for the next one. The stasis chamber that allowed green to win in the previous video became a unanimous feature this time around. I imagine the player canon is going to be a big one next time too. I only wish that cubicmetre's TNT canon got more use during Doomsday. I think a big innovation in next video is going to be a precision player-canon that doesn’t require ender pearls. That way it is possible to rain down on the enemy while still maintaining a stasis chamber.
