Constant dives can cause swimmer's ear and can be painful. It's best to see a specialist in a hospital if you notice any symptoms. It's affordable and doesn't require an appointment nor insurance. Avoid random clinics or self-medication because it can make things worse.

@Irie.Explorer it was just one near the port, rented for 4 days so had to barter with them. If they dont want to go lower find somebody else who will 1k for 4 days is fair in my opinion
