No brother. If you want to learn Arabic to use in the Gulf countries.. then you must search for MSA - Modern Standard Arabic. Here in these videos, it's Classical Arabic which is used in Quran and classical texts

Starlight Glimmer Allazina means "Those who"... Those who is not a Noun.. It's a Conjuction like 'and', 'or', 'between' etc... Allazina (Those who) is used to join two sentences together, Example - Successful are the believers 'those who' pray sincerely... Conjunctions are Harf, not Ism

Sometimes... Alif Laam might be a part of the word itself. Aleem = painful.. here Alf Laam is the word itself.. it is indefinite If it was Al- Aleem, then it would be definite. Same as Allazi = the one who. How will you know if Al is part of word or a seperate addition to the word? By knowing the meaning of the words you will start recognizing them. Though, once you read more and more... You will start to notice some patterns that Arabic words have. And whenever that pattern breaks you will immediately notice it. So you will start recognizing if Al is part of the word or a seperate addition by this as well. It's all about making yourself more and more familiar with Arabic

Alazina means "those who". So it's not a ism but a harf (conjunction). It isn't an exception it just isn't an ism.
