Yes...shingdong is a director. Also is in entertainment ( like knowing bros) , and if I remember correctly he has a dance academy. This stages were in the middle of COVID, so there were no shows, and this is what they came out with. And YES, Taemin loves to do and perform different things. If you like the vibe you should watch Day and Night,,,, I prefer the choreo with suits than the mv itself. The other day I was having a throwback music day too, I listen to a lot of Air Supply songs I havent listened to in almost 30 years.

NGDA album is truly hard to top. The whole album is so cohesive and really does tell a story. My only complain is that I wish they used the rearranged stage version of Idea on the album because it’s so epic and grand, but that’s just a small thing. You have to give the whole album a listen.

NGDA1 is the most cohesive and well arranged album I have ever listened to. Every track moves perfectly into the next one, it is an album where you can tell the track placement was thought out, it is why it is my favorite album. Plus it does have a lot songs with the dark vibe to them which I love (it's what I love about Taemin's music). Strangers and clockwork are gorgeous! I definitely recommend listening to the entire album!

I agree. I’ve always said I preferred Act 1 over Act 2, it’s darker, more moody and like you said all the songs perfectly fit together. Although I have to say both Press It and Move are exceptional albums in my opinion and it’s really hard for me to choose one over the other.

Clockwork is one of my all time favorite songs and I hope that he’ll perform it some day! I can never decide between NGDA 1 or 2 because I adore around the same amount of songs on each. Together, it’s PERFECT. Yes, the best album(s) I have ever listened to.

Yes! That's Rian from LACHICA. Almost all Taemin female dancers are pretty famous and from Steet woman fighter. I really really recommend his NGDA albums, they're masterpieces.

I totally love Act 1 I think it's one of his best albums and I perfer it over Act 2. Oh I can't wait for your album review. Clockwork is so emotional it made me cry the first time hear it. His voice of desperation and he sounded so raw and wounded it was breath taking.

I thoroughly enjoyed your video! Even more so that it’s been a while since I’ve seen this whole video of Taemin and I simply love watching him talking about his inner thoughts and the whole process that goes in his head and in reality once he’s working on new projects. You were right, it was Shindong, who directed The Stage for Taemin. I’m not sure how many more of those he did, but it surely wasn’t his only production work. Going back to Taemin I’m really happy you decided to dig into his albums. I have to say out of his 4 full albums (I’m treating Act 2 as a separate work although it’s called the 3rd album Act 2) I think Act 1 is the most mature and most distinct (style-wise) work of Taemin. But at the same time all of his full albums - Press It, Move, NGDA Act 1&2 are absolutely amazing! I’m really looking forward to your album reviews!

Ohh I love how you included the behind video at the beginning, I'd never seen that before myself so it was nice experiencing it with you! Thank you for reacting to this beautiful video of Taemin's art 💜 Never Gonna Dance Again Act 1 & 2 are among the first Taemin albums I bought. Taemin missed out on promoting due to the lockdown but his Beyond Live NGDA concert was perfect! 2Kids is the prologue he mentions. There are also videos where he describes his process. Black Rose is another favorite, along with Heaven, Under My Skin, Stone Heart, Be Your Enemy (feat. Wendy) and If I Could Tell You (feat. Taeyeon) Clockwork, etc. Just wait til you discover more of Taemin's discography. The b-sides are out of this world. I remember now that Nemo (always one of my favorites) hit me like Night Away. Taemin transcends genres. (He featured Taeyeon on his album before Key did. And Wendy just did the Killing Voice.) Also, Sade live was one of my favorite concerts. She's so beautiful and cool. I could be wrong but I don't think the masks were necessarily due to covid (although it was during covid indeed), they were wearing them in the MV and also Taemin's used masks as props in other stuff too so it's probably part of the concept. Great reaction, btw ❤

Hi, i am back. Good reaction, ty. So glad u did this. I love learning more about Taemin! This was cool. I think this is my 1st watch. Silver haired Taemin chef's kiss. The camera work could have been better agreed. But the fits and make up chef's kiss. The stage was great too. Love this song. Black Rose stage was great too. Good fits and makeup. He so beautiful. Loved the male and female backup dance crews. So good. Vocals were perfect. Both songs are a mood for sure. I heard Nemo on his album on Spotify. I have been slowly listening to his albums and making a playlist of what i like. I actually like a lot of his discography. i am so excited for ur deeper dive. Ahh the mic skills. I forgot Jimin learned his skills from Taemin and JK learned his skills from Jimin. =0p Love that. Nemo is good. Feels. Great vocals. He slayed again. I am so glad he found inspiration and did not leave the industry. It would have been such a loss if he had chosen to drop everything because of his boredom. Yeah, I 've never seen The Stage. Its new to me. But this was great. Loved hearing his thoughts at that time. Also, I wonder if he read Damien after BTS released Blood, Sweat & Tears. That quote is used in BTS MV and stages.
