Just got mine and I’m very excited to use it! The insurrection manual was not very clear about which attachments for what. So thanks for this video!

So glad I found this. The "instructions" that come with it aren't super helpful. Slightly disappointed with how loud it is in low mode for air purifying but other wise love it.

Excellent video! Very useful and helpful information. We just received our Sirena system today and used it for the first time. Awesome machine! Excellent suction, excellent airflow. The dolly rolls very easily. The wands connect/disconnect and telescope easily. The attachments connect/disconnect easily. Hoses connect/disconnect to/from the motor unit easily. The power nozzle works very well, as does the floor brush attachment. Smooth movements with both, both pick-up very well. Thanks for an excellent home cleaning system and for the great video.

I have a HUGE problem to take it from the base. Any advice?
@SirenaSystem2 жыл бұрын
Hi, sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Sirena vacuum. Here is a quick guide for disassembling the water basin: sirenasystem.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/Sirena-Water-Basin-How-To-Disassemble.pdf Basically, you need to first remove the entire unit (motor + basin) from the base and then detach the basin from the motor unit. Don't unlatch the basin before attempting to lift the motor off the base as that may result in accidental spillage! If you're still having trouble - feel free to give customer service a call (toll-free) at 1-855-474-7362 (M-F, 9am - 5pm ET). ~ Team Sirena

Why does the Sirena vacuum system have a HEPA filter when rainbow doesn't have one I thought the water was the air filtration system.
@SirenaSystem2 жыл бұрын
Hi Darryl, the HEPA filter is just a backup, not the primary filtration method. Most of the incoming dust and dirt gets trapped inside the water basin. The HEPA filter catches the remaining 0.01% of particles that aren't water-soluble to ensure the exhausted air is as clean as you can possibly get. Let us know if you have any other questions. ~ Team Sirena

Should HEPA cover be in place, while I'm using Sirena for cleaning carpet or collecting dust from floor and furniture, or HEPA cover must be removed? I remember on my old Rainbow there was no HEPA cover and those white filters were visible. That's why I have this question. Thanks!

Question? Will vacuuming cat litter void the warranty?? I have one in my closet and it gets everywhere where I vacuum.
@SirenaSystem3 жыл бұрын
Hi, no, vacuuming cat litter is something you can safely do with your Sirena vacuum. However, you need to ensure there is enough water in the basin (we recommend closer to the MAX line) when vacuuming cat litter and similar debris. If there is too little water in the basin, there is a risk the debris may "jump out" of the water and come into contact with the separator. This isn't dangerous to the separator itself but may cause scratches or even dents on the inside of the basin over time. Let us know if you have any other questions. ~ Team Sirena

As an "Ex" Rainbow dealer all I can say is WOW!.. and it's well past due. Bought one. -- Have they increased the basin strength? I've heard some complaints of it breaking, and with Rexair's hard top this does look weaker. If overfilled (or too much liquid sucked up) will the machine oscillate in warning as Rainbow does before damaging the motor?

The upper part of Sirena, blue, is getting very warm after just a few minutes of using Sirena for collecting dust from floor or furniture. Is this normal? (I keep water level always above minimum).
@SirenaSystem2 жыл бұрын
Hi, it's normal for the main unit to get warm during operation. If it's getting too hot to the touch, however, it may indicate an issue with the motor cooling which is handled by a bypass airflow. If you believe there is an issue with your Sirena's motor cooling - please get in touch with customer service at 1-855-474-7362 (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm ET) or at info@sirenainc.com ~ Team Sirena

How do I use as air purifier?
@SirenaSystem3 жыл бұрын
Hi, to use the air purification mode of your Sirena vacuum, first turn the Sirena on at full speed (press the power button) and then push the air purification button (looks like a fan) to switch to the low speed mode. To turn off the vacuum - push the power button again. Keep in mind that using the Sirena vacuum for air purification purposes requires having water in the basin to at least the MIN line. We also recommend running the Sirena in the air purification mode for up to 2 hours at a time, then allowing 30 minutes for the motor to cool down and to refill the basin. The Sirena generates quite a lot of airflow even in the air purification mode, so 2 hours should be enough to purify air in multiple rooms or the entire home. Let us know if you have any other questions. ~ Team Sirena

When vacuuming wet stuff, do you have to rinse out the hose before drying it with the exhaust? Or does the high airflow remove any residue from whatever liquid you vacuumed? Does the liquid dry onto the inside of the hose?
@SirenaSystem4 ай бұрын
Hi, it's recommended to rinse the wet hose after use by vacuuming a glass of clean water. Then, you can dry the hose by holding it to the exhaust air stream for a 10-20 seconds. ~ Team Sirena
