DVI will be a huge win for light heads and on scene modes. Several local agencies have started to go with steady burn as the on-scene selection, and this new option might be a good balance of notification with less distraction.

Whelen bringing the M6 to the forefront of technology and innovation... A decade ago
@woody4u247 Жыл бұрын
The M series might be getting older, but there's no need to change or cancel it when it's knockin' it outt the park...it does what users need & want.... The M4 & 6 are excellent because of multiple reasons, but also because they're a large surface area light... so tired of the tiny minis that flash way too fast... they blurr into a blob at distance or daylight & poor weather..... slower patterns like the on scene slow pattern are much more effective at distance & poor weather. The only downside side is their high pricing... especially the M4 V series with down facing work/puddle lighting.... perfect for so many applications, but double what they should be for what it is.... they get skipped over due to price.

Will Whelen be making the LINV2 and LINZ6 Duo anytime soon?
@SIRENNET2 жыл бұрын
We haven't heard of a DUO option for these lights, but you never know what the beginning of 2023 will bring. (Fingers crossed😀) Thanks for watching!

Would be nice, another Whalen light that’s lagging behind SOS’s offerings
@tctwg12 жыл бұрын
@@dl5fse990 Very true. SOS also has better bracket options than Whelen

So dvi is on its own trigger? Pretty cool that you don't need a core to run it since that's such a popular pattern

Whelen needs to make duo trio microns
@SIRENNET2 жыл бұрын
That would be fantastic! Stud-mount tri-color Micron's would be so nice for Ford Utility grilles.
