Just ordered from SIRENNET. Didn’t have the opportunity to add any notes but I just wanted to say I’m a huge fan of SIRRENNET TV and have watched Stewart and Young Chris for years. Just such a whacky operation - this British accent guy and Chris who is totally dedicated to his role on YT and of course every flash pattern known to man. Looking forward to installing - will send a report after.

What is the lumens/light output rating for this light?
@SIRENNET2 жыл бұрын
Lumens unfortunately is not something Whelen uses as a measurement for light output on our lightheads. The reason being Lumens is not an accurate measurement of how "bright" the light actually is. Lumens is a measurement of light output in all directions - Measuring Lumens does not take into consideration the reflectors or how the light is focused and directed toward a certain area (where you need it). We did find out from Whelen Engineering that the lumens per LED is 180lm. There are (X36) LED's in the M92SLC so this would be a total of 6,480lm (without the reflector). Thanks for watching😀

HOPE WHELEN thought it through, to make it FLASH so it can also be used in daytime position 3 "hot" call status to help avoid accident while enroute to fires.⁉

You can probably use Core to flash through programming

The M9 EZ Scene Light does not have a built-in flashing function but if the vehicle is equipped with a CenCom Core System, they could be set up to Flash. Another option that could be used to make them Flash is a Whelen PFLASH module.
