At 1:23 Thats the nickname for it, the official name is CLM Type 927xxDP (xx for because it could be a 29 or a 30 which stood for 220V or 550V three phase) otherwise, I loved seeing you include our Canadian sirens in the mix! Also if you look on ARS, there is a photo of another CLM being destroyed by building demolition in Toronto, a lack of communication led to it being demo'ed without being saved...

I remember seeing both videos of that poor CLM. Surprised it wasn't even taken down to be preserved or auctioned off to an enthusiast or another town. RIP.

An attempt was made to preserve the siren as far as I know. An enthusiast group had plans to take the siren down but they were forced to abandon the siren due to the demolition as the building had become structurally unsafe. As far as I know what little remains of the siren is now in the hands of an unknown collecter. No idea what he plans to do with it as it was probably completely destroyed by the rubble.
