​@@sirenssonasmr possible plot fixer: the prince sneaks out the castle after the king believes he came across a fae in disguise. He goes into town to prove the mysterious guest is real/ human and sees Cinderella being pulled in different directions and the step family is making a scene. Jasper can't interfere as a prince but approaches the situation and offers a compromise: it's too unreasonable to expect Cinderella in 2 or 3 different stores at the same time. Solution: They go shopping on their own (not liking someone stood up to them for Cinderella, in public no less) and when the hour strikes, Cinderella will come help them with their stuff ( besides who would take shopping/ fashion advice from Cinderella). They begrudgingly agree and Cinderella gets a break.Wanting to make sure Cinderella is okay before starting on/ continuing his own quest, he askes them about the situation and themselves.The clock rings and Cinderella thanks them for their time and kindness( upholding the deal of getting a break) and Jasper leaves unknowingly learning about his guest. Idk im not a script writer.

Its interesting that in part 1, the listener isn't meant to know that they're talking to the prince, but in part 2, that was dropped. I'm assuming it was because part of the whole point of Cinderella is that she knows she's talking to someone of the highest possible standing, so the masquerade is mostly to keep her identity secret. Now i'm curious as to when in the writing process that changed and whether it was a tough choice to make. It could very well be that Siren's Son forgot that Jasper introduced himself as Mr. J, since a fair bit of time passed between the two videos, but i'm curious nonetheless
