I'm planning to get Arlecchino on her next rerun, should I go for her C1 or weapon? She'd be using White Tassel otherwise, is it comparable enough?

eh id say her c1 and sig aren't THAT worth it. but if you really want to, wait for the weapon banner first. if it's shit (5 star pair and 4 stars) just pull for c1.

C1 is better. Its almost 20% team damage increase + interuption resistance.

I use Homa, and it works wonderfully for Hu Tao and Arlecchino, so that's also an option to go for as well.

Well if you were using any 5s option I'd say go for cons but since it's a white tassel which have so much less base atk signature become top priority here C1 give her 20-30% increase dmage but with low base atk you will not be getting 20-30% remember that and meanwhile signature can actually give higher dps increase in this scenario (sorry for bad English)
