Mam maine aap ka video dekha jisme apne mindfulness ke baare main bataya aur main khud apne aap ko aisa mehsus karta hun mera dyan dusro ki baaton main nahin jata hai main sirf apne aap ko dyan deta hun inner work mera bahot achcha hai aur main every second bahot peaceful rehta hun mujhe na past ki tension hoti hai na future ki aur main ek ek pal present main rehta hun aur negativity aur tension to mujhse door bhagta hai infact log jab preshan hote hai to woh khud bolte hai Chalo rajesh ke pass jate hai woh kuch na kuch motivate karni ki baatein karta rehta hai jise sunkar bahot relax feel hota hai so thank you so much for this priceless information I am so lucky under your guidence thank you and God bless you
