My Learnings 1. Left nostril and right nostril, siginificance and how to switch them Left (moon) - Calm Right (Sun) - Physical Activity To switch - lay down on ht opposite side of which nostril you want to activate - hold your hand on the opposite side of nostril between your hand and ribs 2. Deep Breathing Technique/Diaphragmatic Breathing - Must be on empty stomach - No sound - Deep, diaphragm should be outwards while inhaling 3. When your breathing is balanced of both nostril that is when you are connected to crown energy 4. Auto suggestions works best when there's no carbon dioxide left in your body and you are directly connected to Subconscious Mind. 6. Gland also can't differentiate between reality and imaginary 7. Setting anchor for being mindful and focusing on your breathe 8. Yoga Nidra and Self Hypnosis. Also see the sun in the morning 9. Root Chakra is the Root - Alon Vilom - SYSTEMATIC BREATHING - Diaphragm Breathing Remember only when you comment your learnings after watching video, that is only the first step towards learning. If you are ONLY watching video, and you are not learning shit. I commented these learning for my own purpose not for you. Steps for making this Podcast a Living Reality. 1. Comment Learnings 2. 3 yrs back i was in deep depression even i was not sleeping for max 6 to 7 days not even for 15 min i started alchohol later i realised that without alchohol i cant sleep.... But suddenly i started pranayam and this breathing techniques i trained my body for 7 months now i can control my sleep when ever where ilever i want i can sleep thanks
