Rice Flour/Chawal Ka aata - 1 Cup
Water - 3 Cup
Salt - as per taste
Cumin seeds/Jeera - 1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander Leaves - a handful chopped
Meetha Soda- 1/4 Teaspoon
Oil - 1/2 Teaspoon For serving
Red Chilli Powder - as per taste

Khichu | Kheech | Papadi No Lot is a delicious breakfast and snack for everyone. Khichu | Kheech | Papadi No Lot is a very popular and lovable dish in Gujarat. To prepare this dish you just need rice flour, cumin seeds, coriander leaves. It has a nice flavour of garlic and jeera/cumin seeds. This is very simple and easy to prepare and it gets ready within minutes. You can serve it as a breakfast or evening snack to your family. Everyone will love this dish. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
1. Use a heavy-bottomed pan to prepare this dish.
2. The ratio of rice flour and water should be proper. If you are taking 1 cup of rice flour then the water should be 3 cups.
3. For mixing the flour, use a rolling pin/belan. Once 90 % of water is absorbed then only mix it. Else, lumps will form.
4. You can sprinkle red chilli powder or achar masala while serving the dish. Serve it when it is hot.
5. If you do not want to steam it then cook the mixture in a pan for 1 to 2 minutes more.
