Wow thank you so much light sister! This has to be one of the best and most revealing uploads yet! I was shuffling my Isis oracle a couple days ago and pulled the lady of the stars card all about a message from sirius. Today I did a light codes upload meditation that randomly popped up on my feed and my birthday is July 7th! This video really hit home. Wow so much beautiful information Sara!! Thank you so much! I had asked for a message a while ago how I could better support my body in healing from a couple of health issues. The message I got was eat live food! It was so clear and loud. It took me a while to finally encompass this practice about 3 weeks ago. After about 2 weeks I was feeling very heavy and weighed down. In a meditation it came to me that my fat cells were dissipating, releasing old emotions to be processed. I made sure I drank plenty of water and envisioned the emotions washing away. This sounds so in line with what you described. BTW the 2nd message was the one I was drawn to. This was beautiful!!
