As a mexican, I think I know why Reyna is playing with butterflies. Those are Monarch butterflies, and they migrate to Mexico between October and March. As you might know, October and November are incredibly important in Mexican culture because of Día de muertos, and Monarch butterflies are a very important element in this event. (It is actually a tradition to go and play with the butterflies on Día de muertos) This because, according to an ancient belief, Monarch butterflies are the souls of the ones we lost, coming back to earth to visit us. So I believe this is Reyna just missing her little sister, or any other person she lost.

The one KJ's eating is a special sandwich made of Kebab meat created in Germany and called "Döner Kebab" made by Turkish immigrants in Berlin(Which makes it a Turkish-German food basically). It has a very outstanding flavor but the coffee is produced in incredibly small batches each year. In fact, some years the civets are only able to collectively produce around 500kg in an entire year. 500kg in a year is a small amount and it is limited because of limited civets that can produce this coffee.

The building in Raze's takeover is actually a pretty famous brazilian landmark called Elevador Lacerda (Lacerda's Elevator). More specifically is a big landmark from Bahia (Raze's state) and it's the first ever urban elevator if I'm not mistaken. I'm pretty sure it's government owned and a historical landmark, which makes it pretty interesting that in Valorant's universe it was bought by Kingdom. Overall I find it very touching the amount of brazilian culture related details they put in Raze's video. On the Phoenix takeover video, The software on his monitor seems to be FL Studio and the studio monitors looks like a pair of Yamaha HS8s and the large MIDI controller in the middle looks like something from Novation (something similar to the Novation-FL Studio collab FLKeys 37 keys MIDI Controller) and the audio interface on the far right with the knob looks like a Universal Audio Apollo audio interface. Very nice detail.

My French isn’t very good, but I can try to translate the newspaper. It says “Kingdom tient à réassurer la population la radionite n’a aucun effet (some word i can’t read because the angle is weird) sur la santé.” My understanding of it is that the English would be “Kingdom tries to reassure the population that radionite doesn’t have a (again I cannot read that one word) effect on health.” I also just want to note that Yoru doesn’t say a “prayer” before eating. It’s Japanese custom to say “ittadakimasu” before a meal, which is essentially thanking the chef and saying that the food looks delicious.
