Many thanks to Pat Hicks for sending me this DVD. some of the beginning wasn't balanced and it was tough trying to fix the distortion..
Pete Jolly on Keyboards.. Joe Brancato on Drums .Jeff Berlin on Bass and HR on guitar..Was filmed at GIT or as known now as Musician's Institute in maybe 1988 to 1990

First album I bought as a teen was HR's Whatever's Fair in the mid 60's. Neat how HR could, I call it, "popify" a song, play it brilliantly and complete it in under 3 minutes. One of my favorites is "On a Clear Day".

HR's " On A Clear Day " is wonderful.... Jack ...Do you still keep in touch with Billy and Amy Garland ?
@mdhakr
@mdhakr 7 жыл бұрын
No, I just know that he made a comment on one of my videos about 10 years ago when I was just starting to make some reasonable chord solos. I think it was "Blame it on my Youth" where Billy thought I sounded like his bro LOL.

It seemed like I was at school a lot LOL ....But HR was always really nice to me...and he let me play his blonde custom Oval hole guitar.. OR should I say I tried to play it. The strings were SO heavy and thick and the strings SO high off the fretboard I gave it back pretty quick LOL....
