Wish you had not used Teflon-coated non-stick cookware. It is unhealthy because Teflon is a Carcinogen (cancer-causing substance). Cooking on iron Tawa or a stainless steel skillet is healthy. To keep Dosa from sticking to it, just cut an onion in half, and rub it on the medium hot Tawa evenly. Once in the beginning is enough. Your Dosa will not stick. Often if the Tawa is not at proper temperature, the first Dosa might stick. But once it evenly heats, you won't have stuck and broken Dosas.
