hi does it come with alan keys and the screw on the mount as mine are missing . does it have a user manual ? also can the top rotate if you force it in the locked position??? as mine does rotate even when locked with resistance .

I bought this on your recommendation and it’s been the worst piece of photography gear I’ve purchased. One of the release buttons for base legs has disappeared and one of the clips for extending it snapped in half. I’ve had the monopod since the end of July and have had it out to shoot with 3-4 times since I got it. Really disappointed in the quality and workmanship of Sirui.
