Yummy yummy, your dough was super strechy and that's so perfect. I always glaze the top of the dough with olive oil before spreading my sauce as l love good spread of the sauce. The oil will prevent the dough from becoming soggy as you stated . That scotch bonnet fear me small. I will stick to my red and green ball pepper. Thank you for the recipe.

Made this today. I stumbled upon this recipe after looking at another program on KZbin. I live in Trinidad and Tobago, W.I. & we have numerous international & local pizza chains. I was always intimidated by making my own pizza since it's not hard to go out and get a really good pizza at a reasonable price. However, we are in lockdown at the moment & since I thought this looks easy enough; I said why not 🤔 Well I surprised myself & everyone who ate it; only compliments.
