I must say you really know your ingredients. I’m a foodie even though I’m not even sure I like cooking. But when I do, I can really throw down! I agree that some items can interfere with the intended flavor of the meal. One day I saw one KZbinr cooking efo egusi and she was adding curry and thyme! Not one ajebo KZbinr oh. I had to comment say why are you putting all this senrenren in traditionalistic native soup? I just caught on that they were trying to be “tush”! Nothing wrong with that and honestly it wasn’t a “let me teach you how to cook” channel. That said, when I cook my fried rice, I don’t do the batch thing and my fried rice comes out really nice and lasts for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator. Yep!
