LOVE that they wanted a Wayne’s World 3. Pretty rare for them to keep wanting sequels.

As always, thanks for posting. A review of Schindler’s List and a reminder of its subject matter feels especially appropriate now.

They say that the Nazis were inspired by Jim Crow laws, and maybe inspiration from the United States government and military removing Native Americans from their land.

"Especially appropriate now"? Since when the jews did NOT remind the whole world in every conceivable way they are biggest victims in the history of victimhood?

A very touching and deep analysis, one of the best reviews ever.

I have always heard how moving the ending is (LIST) but I never really experienced it because I was openly, almost uncontrollably, sobbing when Schindler tries to figure out how many other people he could've saved. Jesus. I'm even getting a little choked up now.

I didn't see Geronimo, but I did see in school some kind of war movie against the Natives, where they try to flee to Canada. All these stories are very depressing. I can't imagine the current movie, _Killers of the Flower Moon_ being otherwise.

I don't know what more they could've wanted out of Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit, but how in the world, could they ever give two thumbs down, on not just the movie, but the amazing performances, when they all sing "Oh, Happy Day", "Joyful, Joyful (We All Adore Thee) and their own rendition of "Ain't No Mountain High Enough"? Well, we all know that not all great performances and artistic scenes can even achieve a thumbs-up, and that certainly was the case, with Ebert's review- I don't know where he got Mickey Rooney from, but no one can ever top Whoopi, ever, in the Sister Act family.

Because it’s a movie not a concert. And the Rooney comment is appropriate because the lead could have been played by anyone. They didn’t use any of Goldberg’s talents, which is what the review said.

@@thefonzkiss But if the movie is not supposed to be a concert, why did Ebert give good reviews on the concert movies, "Woodstock" "Stop Making Sense" (with the Talking Heads), and "Madonna: Truth or Dare"? There are some movies out there that have concert moments, in which aren't necessary, but a lot more artistic and creative, than you could ever imagine. And while Sister Act 2 might’ve been the case, with not including much of Whoopi acting, it still provides iconic musical moments, like those songs, in which I enjoyed a whole lot more, than they did, and other critics.

@@chrisfinch8637Musicals are a dime a dozen and Sister Act 2 is only further proof of that.

@@Brandon-vf7hy It's not intentional. With as many episodes as I've posted, it's bound to happen. However, I do my best not to do so.
