That graph is called trajectories In last diagram the tx = transmitter and rx is receiver here we r using single wire or can say siso If we use parellel more connection or wire will require or cost will be high so for long distance we use SISO To complete the data we need 3 more clock (n-1)

Dear sir But how will data gets shifted and whats the necessary of clock??? Does clock goes to 0 simultaneously with input signal so that data gets latched in first flip flop only. Since D flip flop is transparent the input signal should move to all 4 flip flop simultaneously.

You can use negative clock pulse but as in d flip flop the invalid portion of bits is never allowed hence by default we used positive edge triggering.
