Another form of racism against Black people is discrimination on the job. Black people are easy targets of micro aggression and micro management with supervisors and co-workers of different ethnicities. Another annoying situation is when they’re so nosey and ask personal questions about your personal life. We can’t even catch a break in the workplace. So irritating!!!!! Did anyone else experience it?? Would like to hear everyone’s experience and feedback on this subject. 🙏

Hispanics are just as worse as white people when it comes to workplace bullying against Black people because they believe they're hardworkers. When, in fact, they are not. I've seen them take breaks. I've seen them find ways to get out of work. Working through your breaks doesn't qualify you as a hard worker to me!

There’s a few recent videos about dealing with them folks in the workplace. You’re either too quiet or too loud if you laugh at one joke. Most of them folks are too nosey asking personal questions about your life. You can’t answer mind your business. There should be a workshop about navigating… I learned a little when going to a PWI, not enough. One person keeps asking me how I know another people ??? Brad: How do you know Sally? Me: Why do you ask? I just have to write a list of their questions and my responses to them.

It's a really simple response to the "why does everything have to be about race?" Question....let them know this country made it about race when you are literally born with your race on your birth certificates and required to list it on all documents/applications. This country was built on race when its founding papers states who was a fraction of a man and who was not. .....that shuts them down EVERY time.

Four hundred years ago 'white people' didn't even exist until Europeans stopped identifying themselves by nationality, and collectively decided to identify themselves by the color of their skin, aka "white people," aka the origins of racism. Shemot 4 6 And YHWH said furthermore unto him, Put now thine hand into thy bosom. And he put his hand into his bosom: and when he took it out, behold, *his hand was leprous as snow.* (Vayikra 13:12,13) 7 And He said, Put thine hand into thy bosom again. And he put his hand into his bosom again; and plucked it out of his bosom, and, behold, *it was turned again as his other flesh.* (aka Melanin) *Mosheh (aka Moses) was not a "white man."*
