In the East Balochistan even we have similar tribal names like Ahmadzai,Barakzai, Sadozai etc Mengal Baloch and Mangal Pashtun. You can also see the term Zai at last of my name which in Pashto is derived from the word Zwe,zay, which means Son or Descendant. I don't know what in Balochi It means

The reason it's different and looks more Indian is because it is. Balochistan has changed hands from Indian kingdoms and Iranian kingdoms multiple times. Love from Pakistan we were part of India and still today our largest province is called balochistan bordering Iran means the same

Balochistan always remained a least approachable region for most of the empires or regimes. Because it was located at extreme most border and was less habitable. So no outside influence did ever conflicted them except few Arab missionaries and 16th century Portugese invaders. However, internal tribal disputes dispersed and sabotaged Baloch unity till this day.
