My sister (53) and I (50) were shopping today. She’s up in NJ visiting from TN. This song came on the overhead, we were in opposite ends of the store belting it out. She said “I was shocked to hear someone else singing this then I realized it was you!” Memories of a time long gone but never forgotten. ❤ Awesome song.

This is the first time I ever looked up the lyrics to this song. 30+ years ago it was popular. Thank-you for keeping them posted. I finally after 30 years understand all the words. Yes, what I thought was "Motorin" is what I thought it was. Missed all the other words before and after. Now I understand the meaning of the song ! Thank-you !

F*cking awesome power ballad from the 80s, a period where much of the music doesn't date well today. This one still kicks some serious ass.

Effin' awesome song! One small clarification. The Solo isn't so much a solo as a duet with the bad-ass guitar and those rockin' drums. One of the most powerful and underappreciated musical works of the 20th century. Thanks for posting this!!!

I remember getting a karaoke machine when I was six for Christmas and it came with a CD full of 80s songs. My family and I would always pick this song to sing (very offkey and loud, of course) and no matter how badly we sounded, it was always so fun. It feels weird hearing this song again after all this time, but they were simpler times nevertheless.
