@Tee you can definitely research on your own my dear. Google is free. Research the chemicals being shot into the air. Research about the water and bottling companies. Research about how the soil needs the air and water. Research about how our plants and animals need air and water. Do your research about this money making agenda of the food industry. Research and use common sense if you can muster up some. It's about money my friend.

I learned I had fibroids in 2016 when I suffered from a miscarriage ( my new doc said I had them for years and I had no clue). I was told the fibroids outgrew the baby and were growing rapidly due to feeding off the hormones in my body. I had only been on birth control for a year back in 2009 when I joined the military so I didn't think that attributed. I did my own research bc I wanted to know what they were and how to get rid of them without surgery or medication( I'm not one to take prescriptions or otc meds, it's just something unnatural about it to me). I put myself on a pescatarian diet for a year and was able to shrink the fibroids to the size of a quarter, and my cycle was very light and not painful at all. I even conceived and gave birth the following year. I tell everyone I know that suffer from fibroids change your diet, it worked for me. *I removed all meat except fish, and I only ate that 2-3 times a week, kept dark leafy greens, veggies, fruit, nuts, no dairy and no breads*

kateia gray wow thank you for this information it gives me hope. Trying to conceive for the first time and I haven’t. I’m pretty sure I have fibroids I haven’t been checked out yet (I will soon) but I have the symptoms plus my mom has them. I will try and clean up my diet. I don’t really eat much meat anyway, I haven’t had red meat or pork in years, but I’ll clean it up even more. I pray it will work.

Hello Kateia, thanks for sharing your story. I have been searching youtube looking for someone to tell me how to shrink fibroids naturally. But everyone is in it to make a dollar and you have to sign up to buy something to get results. Could you tell me the size of your fibroids in the beginning and how many did you have ?. I want to shrink mine naturally.

OMG, wonderful interview. I worked in reproductive health (infertility), and these are some of the things we found out a long time ago. Never ask a MD question if it is not their specialty. Women need to know gynecology is a specialty, but preserving your fertility health is different. You can go to a reproductive specialist for cysts, fibroids, endometriosis, etc. They will teach you about your nutrition, and monitor you (but you have to b honest).

Im not going just plant base. I need some meat. Plus a lot of the plant base foods are just as toxic than the meat the toxins is in the soil that we grown the plants in. I can see if the plant base was 100 percent toxins free. Thats worth the drastic change but its not. For me i can do without chicken and red meat. Fish i can do everyday. But even THAT is not good now that they are cloning the damn salmon. Nothing is safe just pray over your food eat when hungry and exercise daily drink plenty of purified water.

Everytime we express , what work, it is taken off the Market or clone. I think we need to find a better way of expressing, what works for us. Where is the cold medicine 666 the 360. The Chinese green tea, or the cumin in cinnamon, the ingredients in mustard that make it yellow. Why do we have to be so careful with Penicillin today. That was the only infection meds, I took as a kid. Why, Why, Why!

It's the chemicals in our foods. I've told by 2 different healthstore nutritionists to stay away fro coffee, diary and red meat if u have fibroids. Said coffee washes zinc out the system. It does cost more than money to eat organic and the food isn't 100% organic here in the US. That's why people have a hard time overcoming their health issues.

tash tash check you vitamin D level. I read an Egyptian study that showed the lower the vitamin D level the worse the fibroids were.

This is a great segment that seemed too short and a bit rushed. Their website seems to be selling knowledge for profit, but putting out this information is so important to our health and awareness as black women. It definitely inspired me to research more.

I just had surgery for this 3 weeks ago and I had a partial hysterectomy. All my fathers sister had this but my mother and her sister did not. The women on my dad sides have this issue only.

I thought estrogen was a hormone. Wow. I learned something new. I suffer from PCOS and I’m going to look into seeing an endocrinologist. I’m taking birth control pills to regulate my cycle and I don’t want to be on them. I was told by my Ob/gyn that I need to be on some type of birth control so that I won’t end up getting cervical cancer. I do want kids one day and I’m not feeling being on birth control again.

Would be great if they touch on Organic vs. Non. Of course we hear that organic is better for us but I don’t believe that any of it is truly organic but farmer producers are making a killing. They say grow your own but Also our soil is toxic! Even the air we breath is contributing to all of these illnesses.

I was disappointed when it ended...please have them back on! I'd like to hear more on how black people are different in metabolizing or digesting (i cant recall exactly what was said at the moment, but i'm sure someone will chime in, lol) Dr. Neal Barnard also talks about soy products' negative affect on the body. Excellent educational segment.

Good information! Sidenote: A communications degree is great but at the same time, we hear "Yezzzzza" constantly, the intentional mispronunciation of words and frequent interruption of guests. 🤦‍♂️

Thank you for sharing. what is the source of the statement made that "black people metabolize food differently?"
@queeni9ja
@queeni9ja 4 жыл бұрын
Use Google scholar and find it yourself. Black people have higher muscle mass than anyone else in the world, to the point that we metabolize medications differently based on our creatinine clearance
