Every girl is a female but not every female is a woman! A woman was put on Earth to be a servant leader ! It works both ways but guys like Donte Whitfield cater to girls , women, and females. How dare people use psychology and don't think it works both ways ? Selfishness is a disease to your character and a weakness.

I say all the time, some men don't mature, they just get older. Hell, that statement could include women.
@jahrules8674
@jahrules8674 3 жыл бұрын
It's really applies to vvomen. Yall stop maturing the moment you begin to receive attention from men. Around age 15 a girl "develops" and men notice. The female catches the eye of grown men and she doesn't know why exactly. She subconsciously doesn't feel the need to become a better person. When her looks fade she becomes depressed because she is not being liked at approached at all. She gets prescribed medication.

Ok but we’re talking about grown males right now, don’t deflect from the conversation at hand. A part of being a man vs a male is accepting responsibility and allowing other men to hold you accountable. The day will come when women vs females are the hot topic. However, as men are naturally supposed to be the leaders, they’re being discussed first and that’s okay

@chamekachanta4006 6 жыл бұрын
This man is basically talking about leadership and love! As a man there is a service provided to his wife just as there is a service provided to a husband by a wife who is a grown woman. Love in its truest, genuine form is not self seeking but when people play house or live out life in their own self seeking manner, selfishness is at its highest form. Being involved with an individual who wishes to honor you and respect you, that person is going to render service to you by loving you in a true and genuine manner and when you're deserving you'll return that same form of love and neither husband or wife, woman or man is neglected or disrespected. When a man speaks of this love it's gonna come from a man's pov and vice versa, so him speaking on the service provided to a woman by a man isn't touching on the topic of submission from a woman/wife to a man/husband. That all depends on what you believe and what works for you and your spouse but in love in general there is a service rendered by both parties and love is equal on both sides even if shown/displayed differently!

I agree with my brother on this topic, but I do want to clarify a few things: 1. It is perfectly fine for a man to be served by his wife so long as he is caring for her and their children as the Bible has spelled out. 2. In addition to fathers leading the way and setting he example for their sons and daughters mothers have a great responsibility too. It is important that mothers show their daughters how to be young ladies with dignity, pride, and standards. Not to mention saving themselves until marriage. 3. Oftentimes it is preached that females should save themselves until marriage. I cannot remember the last time in my 24 years that I ever heard a man/woman tell a young man to preserve himself until he meets his wife. The importance is not stressed and that is a major reason why infidelity is commonly committed by men. Because fathers are not always present, and our mothers/grandmothers are raising out young men, I say to women, take the time to instill self worth, respect, virginity, etc into your sons rather than telling him he has to be a Man, the Man of the house, the provider etc. It is not my intention to point fingers, but rather to shed light on another side of things.
@reelnubianonpoint1144

I say "better raised children" who have"good parents" or "a good parent" with" a good mindset" can teach their children male or female child, self respect, respect others, discipline, ect.......and preservation until marriage if that's what you believe, nothing wrong with that. All I'm saying is it starts with the parents or parent. How you think, act,or what you believe, also effects what the child believes. Create that foundation at home.

Please don’t be afraid to just focus on what men’s roles are. You all are the leaders. The rise or fall of the family truly rests with you. It’s not at all equal. Men have the more challenging, more weighty responsibilities. And it’s tough to follow a man who insists we are both equally responsible. If so, then there’s truly no leader.

You are absolutely correct. Being a virgin when married erases the memory of how it was with the other person and eliminates that longing for more because you don't have any reference. AS it relates to a man being served by his woman, he is first required to give and then she reciprocates. That's the order and plan. As long as those rules are adhered to then marriages will be better in the long run. thirdly, Father are the pillars in a child's life. They are the foundation. When God gave the direction to train and teach, He gave it to fathers. Mother's are nurturers and yes required to teach their daughters how to carry themselves but fathers give value to their daughters, he is the one that sets the standards for he to live by in life and Fathers validates their sons. A son will always be looking for validation from every angle if he's not getting it from his father. Even if it means to join a gang and have a father figure give it to him. So you are absolutely right but just coming from female stand point with the importance of a father in the home. He's the first line of defense from all outside interference.

Dondre’s point is so profound and so simplistic at the same time...and while there is an arrested development with some men ...there is also a role reversal with some women...for example the way he spoke about his mother essentially raising him by herself...she was put in a position to be both father and mother...so I can understand why some women take on that authoritative role because for one reason or another the father is not there and you have to be everything to everyone
@legslipsandlashes9831

Fatimah X I dont think there was a role reversal. She honored her role as a parent/mother. There was never an attempt to be or to replace his father. Rather an attempt for him to eliminate excuses for his negative choices and bad behavior as an adult. She taught him how to be a productive person/adult. His father was his father and he knew who his father was and how he was.

That's a huge problem here. Mother's are trying to be everything. It's silly to say that "I had to be the mother and father". I've never in my life heard a man say I had to be the father and mother. NOT ONCE EVER! Why is that? In my opinion, ladies don't understand that being a mother is enough and NOT being able to be a father is fine. So trying to be both, they sometimes do a poor job at both. It's insulting to hear ladies say I had to be the father and then get applauded. Where is the respect and appreciation for the men?

As a woman, we go through "arrested development " as well. As a 38 year old woman, I am having yo unlearn ALOT and learn who I am, what I deserve, and what I won't allow in my life. I gave up my home, job, and I'm starting at ground zero. It's a painful place to be in, but I'm willing to go through the growing pains. I stopped growing at 13 when I became pregnant with my oldest son. That 13 year old woke up.with me everyday. Man up already; attractive, intelligent, self-respecting, successful, high-value women only accept relationships based on mutual respect and the potential for genuine love to grow and mature, we weed out misguided misogynists very early on, they are obvious and obnoxious. I'm sure you're *quite* the prize. eye-roll It's really simple, at the very least treat your partner the way you'd want your daughter treated... if you can't do that, you're not worth our time and energy.

Good stuff Brotha! you speak the truth. Still in relationships it takes two, you could still be a grown man and the relationship still not be successful if you have a "female" that is not, in fact a grown woman. Lots of times it appears that brothers speaking the truth will get a lot of the hooping and hollering of "go 'head preach"' from the sisters, but what also MUST be understood is, if she does not have the wisdom and maturity to accept and deal with a grown man, which I might add, does not cut on and off like a light switch, comes also with responsibility and accountability, and her also knowing and accepting her role, she will still find a way to blame that man for her own shortcomings, insecurities and the relationship still be trash. Usually when a woman speaks out on her role, when dealing with a "grown man" or a "real man" as we so easily toss out those phrases, as did for instance Fantasia and how she deals with her husband, the same women that congratulate this brother, will call out the sister and say she's stupid and her views are antiquated. It takes two to be wise and accountable to each other. Stop letting people without knowledge, guide your relationships and telling you things they don't even do.
