Yeah but that didn't have enough conflict nor difficulty . Whatever were those 2 going to do They couldn't do a thing but throw they hands up in sheer disgust Easy ,. Oh no no no that'd be far too easy and unstressful. Oh I know those two probably get chippy n snippy when they're required to take a number wait around and read a magazine or play around on their phones with social media in the DMV's absolutely superlative air conditioning and frequently tinted windows providing the extra protection of a hot sunny day's glaring sun good golly give me a bag of Cheetos and an ice cold 20 oz of Dr pepper. N u could practically take me round back n shoot me. As such a satisfying outing could scarcely ever meet it's match

I'm going to go out on limb (and use my own family experience) that older one is that way. My sibling has taken great deal of help from our parents over the years but right now she refuses to talk to them for silly reason and told them to go xxxk off.

I'm thinking that the plaintiff didn't want to because she would have to pay if she got into a wreck or, if the defendant is telling the truth, she would get into trouble if caught with drugs in the car.

@@jedimasters1462but that makes no sense because the defendant admitted she had kept the title for most of the time and not given it to her sister. If she was worried about her getting caught with drugs you'd think she would want her name off of the car right away. I think she planned all along to find a way to have both cars. She gave the car to her sister because I assume otherwise the Impala would have been sold and the money split. So after the car is no longer hers what happens is none of her business and definitely none of the defendant's landlady's business. The after interview was weird too, with the defendant saying our Mum warned me she would try to take me for everything, when she's the one who stole the car back! It seems Mum had a favourite child.

@@shendisackett If the defendant has the title and everything is in her name, anything involving the car, especially in criminal activity, could be held against the defendant. If drugs are found, the plaintiff can cause reasonable doubt by proving the car isn't hers and the drugs could be the defendant's. If it gets into an accident, the defendant would be the one liable. The plaintiff had less to lose by letting the car stay in her sister's name, until the sister took back the car and the plaintiff could do nothing.

Yeah even with family, people can get very weird when money or possessions are involved. When the defendant said at the end there, "it is what it is" ... yyyyeah sounds like there was something you could have done to at least TRY to make amends with your sister.

Little sister was being selfish in my opinion. Took the newest car and gave her sister the oldest one. When the newer car broke down then all of a sudden she takes BACK the older car from her sister because “she needed to be on the title” but that wasn’t an issue before. Then she goes on a cruise months later almost a year and tells her older sister she cant drive EITHER one of the cars while she’s gone out the country….then proceeds to sell one car and trade in the other and keeps a new vehicle for herself and leaves the older sister with nothing🤦🏽‍♀️and wanna yell about insurance😂wowwwwww

Well the other way is how much do you hate your sister to cheat her out of both cars. She had no right to take the car back. She admitted she had the title the majority of the time but deliberately kept it from her sister. That's a nasty thing to do. Then the landlord pipes up but even though she didn't insure it, that's none of her business.

Yea the defendant was being greedy & doing spiteful things bc she "could" ... it was too convenient that after the new car breaks down she wants the old one back bc is not titled to the other sister but instead of getting it titled she sold it to fix the newer car. Which I doubt she ever fixed the newer car. She used both cars as a down payment to get herself something nicer. My God I swear when I die nothing will be left to my children but money. All of my personal belongings will be sold& they can split the cash. It's crazy how nonsensical ppl will be over an inheritance instead of just doing what's right, taking what's yours, & moving on.

Tht younger sister thought she was slick tricking her to get the car to pay for the other car thn use the fact she got pulled over for weed until the older sister had her lil ducks in a row good for her am gald Ms. JJ toke the time to look ove tht report because tht younger sister and her boyfriend nosey mother thought they had this one in the bag smdh and her yelling at Ms. JJ was the wromg idea Periodt 😂 i also believe the older sister gave her cash which was only half of 60 bucks for car insurance those 2 ladies were truly wrong again the younger sister to me had a greedy mindset by taken the newer car but whn it didn't run the way she thought it would it was give me the older one to and how can i manipulate to keep this car to ewwww just very entitled because she wnted wht very nasty work !!!!
