It's my understanding Coyote Pass was purchased as four separate parcels and at the time of purchase both Christine and Meri parcels were paid in full leaving Kody, Robyn and Janelle to carry a mortgage in their names but, the balance of Coyote Pass was supposed to be paid from the family business LLC account from the earnings of Sisterwives. Meri's parcel 4.48 acres also has both Kody and Janelle's name on it and if they were to divide it legally by land ownership into thirds that would mean Meri only owns 1.5 acres. Janelle's parcel 2.42 acres she also has Kody's name on it so she only owns half of her property plus a third of Meri's property that would mean Janelle legally owns 2.71 acres Christine signed over her almost 5 acre parcel to both Kody and Robyn which had all three of their names on it leaving both Kody and Robyn now owning together 9.79 acres of Coyote Pass. I feel if Kody and Robyn own the majority of Coyote Pass they should have been the ones paying the majority of the blance that was due and not have Meri give them additional 73,,500. Unless Kody plans to be fair and does divide the land equally between all of them Meri, Janelle, Robyn and himself. Also, I hate that Kody is taking advantage of Meri by telling her lies on how, her share of the property is going to be worth more because of all the trees when in reality undeloped property that has a lot of trees is worth less because removal of trees is very expensive.

In the fake fights in the snow that could not be filmed before 8/23 they wanted to think was filmed late 2022 that was probably not filmed until March 2024 he went on about not being able to spend time with Maddie’s much younger than Sol and Ari grandkids. Why can Robyn keep the little ones away from the family they hardly see but Maddie can’t? At ages where they don’t remember who he is. Maddie moved closer to them in Vegas only for months later Kody deciding via Robyn that they would be going to the place her kid would go for college and she said at the time she said not until he finished high school. Breanna and David and Sol would start in the new state for perfect grades. Truely, Savannah, Aurora, Ysabel, Gabe and Gwen all moved at terrible grades to change schools. It was stupid. These two bought a 890K house where Christine had a 520K house and the other two renting. Yet they all were putting in money on that property he unequally divided he didn’t bother paying off for years. They are thieves and liars and adulterers.
